Sound Bath & Eberle Wine

Unwind and recharge with a restorative Sound Bath in the intimate setting of Eberle Winery's Wild Boar Room, nestled within our historic wine caves. Mats and blankets will be provided as you settle in for a one-hour guided sound bath experience designed to promote deep relaxation and renewal. Following the session, enjoy a glass of Eberle wine and take time to connect, reflect, and savor the atmosphere of our caves.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you lie down and are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by therapeutic instruments like crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks, and are intended to relax the mind and body.
