Eberle Winery is proud to welcome back acclaimed Chef Budi Kazali to our annual Black Tie Holiday Dinner in the Caves. The festive evening begins in the Eberle Tasting Room with award-winning Eberle wines and passed appetizers. Stay cozy by our wood-burning fireplace and admire the Christmas tree, Garys favorite train running below, and all of the decorations that spotlight the festive holiday season. In the caves, enjoy 5-course cuisine created by Chef Kazali that has been described as epic and one-of-a-kind. Chef Budis cuisine has been featured in publications including Food and Wine, The Wine Spectator, and Central Coast Magazine, where he received the Ultimate Chef award. Accolades also include the coveted Diners Choice Award presented by Open Table and the AAA Four Diamond Award. In addition, Chef Kazali is the host of a weekly food and wine television program called The INN crowd. Eberle Winery invites you to join us for this very special evening.
