Tasting Notes
The 2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is one for the books. This wine is robust with its lingering tannings and high acid. The black cherry and currant fruit are well-balanced with the structure of the wine. The deep ruby wine teases you with chocolate peppermint and leather as it dances around the wine glass.
Food Pairings
The Reserve Cabernet deserves to be enjoyed on its own, but if you are a foodie, we recommend having it with lamb,braised beef short ribs in a red wine sauce, or grilled stuffed mushroom sliders.
