2017 Cellar Club Grenache
Grenache is what Winemaker Chris Eberle, calls the "Pinot of Paso" because it is a wine that is lighter in color and body like a Pinot Noir. It is also one of his favorite wines to produce because Grenache loves growing in Paso Robles and tends to produce a wine that shows off all of its' best varietal characteristics. Our Grenache coats your palate with luscious notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a bit of fig jam combined with delicate hints of smoke and spice.
This wine is a perfect food pairing partner with holiday cuisine including bacon wrapped dates, duck cassoulet, crown roast of pork with garlic and herb dressing or even your Thanksgiving roasted turkey.
