Tasting Notes
2020 was a tough year, for so many reasons. Pandemic, fires, heat, drought. 2020 threw just about everything at us as winemakers and growers. For us to have a successful vintage under difficult conditions, it came down to logistics, smart fermentation management, adjusting press cycles, and calling the right picking dates. Judging by the outcome of our 2020 wine I believe we accomplished our goals!
Food Pairings
As a Super Tuscan style blend this wine pairs excellently with a roast leg of lamb. With rosemary and garlic, side of roasted brussels sprouts and red peppers.
