2017 Cellar Club Le Petit Sanglier
The 2017 Le Petite Sanglier (translates to small boar) represents our second vintage producing a Bordeaux blend. This juicy but well-balanced blend has savory aromas and flavors of sage, mocha, red currants, and raspberry with a hint of red licorice.
This hearty wine is juicy with plenty of body and upfront tannins and would go nicely with dishes that have a bit of fattiness to them like braised short ribs or lamb shanks with red wine reduction sauce served with a side of rosemary potatoes.
Varietal 49% Merlot, 25% Malbec, 6% Petit Verdot
Appellation Paso Robles
