2017 Cotes-du-Robles Blanc
The 2016 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc is a blend of 58%Grenache Blanc, 38% Roussanne & 4% Viognier. Aromas of white roses, passion fruit and citrus blossom perfume the nose, while the palate is filled with tropical fruits, pear, lemon curd and a flinty finish.
The crisp and refreshing style of the Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc lends itself to a wide variety of fare from a savory herb cheesecake with roasted vegetables to a baked lemon butter Tilapia or a creamy Parmesan risotto.
