Food Pairings
Pairs beautifully with fresh oysters, goat cheese salads, grilled shrimp, or a light Thai curry. The wines crisp acidity and subtle minerality enhance seafood and herbal flavors, making it a versatile companion for both delicate and lightly spiced dishes.
