Tasting Notes
Our 2021 Côtes-du-Rôbles is the perfect example of how Rhône varietals thrive from Paso Robles AVA. At first sip, you taste a bouquet of raspberry, fresh strawberry. Your nose and palate pick up delicate hints of rose petals, biscuits, with a touch of blood orange. The wine has juicy fruit, tight acidity, and soft melting tannins making it a great bistro wine.
Food Pairings
This well-balanced red wine with its bright acid and fruit flavors would pair well with a smoked orange rosemary duck. roasted beet salad with a light vinaigrette or charcuterie would complement this bistro wine!
