This is a diverse blend from all over Paso. There are eight different lots of Zin from six different Paso Robles districts. Some of the heavy regions we sourced from Adelaida, Willow Creek, Templeton Gap, & Geneseo District. Aged in 20% new American Oak for 10 months.
Eberles Zinfandel dances on the line of traditional hearty zin and elegance. Our 2020 Zinfandel is well-balanced with upfront tannins followed by juicy flavors of sweet fruits. The blackberry and spiced plum flavors play off of the hints of cardamom spice and sweet tobacco.
The Paso Robles Zinfandel would pair well with a juicy fig jam burger smothered with caramelized onions and goat cheese. Our Zinfandel can pair with a variety of foods such as spicy curry or some saucy barbeques.
