2018 Sangiovese
Wine Description
The 2018 Eberle Sangiovese is a delicious example of an Italian varietal that flourishes in Paso Robles. While this wine is nicely structured, it is smooth upon entry to your palate. Aromas and flavors of black plum, sweet red cherry, clove, a hint of sweet anise combined with mouthwatering tannins make this a wine to sip by itself or to enjoy with your favorite Italian dishes.
Food Pairing
Eberle's Sangiovese is a delight on its own, but its' refined characteristics shine when paired with an appetizer of fresh bruschetta, baked Ziti with an Italian sausage meat sauce, or try it with our suggested recipe, the Polpette alla Veneziana.
