2024 Sangiovese
Crafted from 46% Bootjack and 54% DAmante vineyard fruit, this Sangiovese was aged 15 months in barrel to develop structure and complexity. A thoughtful oak program of 15% French, 5% Hungarian, and 5% American oak adds subtle
layers of spice, texture, and warmth while preserving the wines bright acidity and savory character.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and savory, this Sangiovese opens with vibrant aromas of red currant, raspberry, and Bing cherry layered with sweet balsamic and dried herbs. The palate is framed by chalky tannins and bright strawberry essence, leading to a long, dry
finish with classic Old World character.
Food Pairings
Pairs beautifully with tomato-based pasta dishes, grilled venison sausage, and eggplant primavera. The wines bright acidity, savory herbs, and structured tannins complement rustic Italian flavors and earthy, herb-driven cuisine. Produced in a limited release of 730 cases.
