This wine spends 3 weeks on skins with twice-a-day pumpovers with 20 months 40% new French Alain Fouquet oak barrels. Still Waters is SIP certified and uses a whole-farm approach.
Tasting Notes
This Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the Still Waters Vineyard located in the acclaimed El Pomar district, known for having perfect growing conditions for Bordeaux varietals. This medium-bodied wine is rich and savory, with aromas and flavors of chocolate espresso, black cherry, and currants.It
ends with silky smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Only 270 cases were made.

A great wine to pair with almost all red meat!It would compliment a juicy Wagyu Beef Burger or mouthwatering smoked ribs smothered in a sweet barbeque sauce.
