2017 Still Water Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine spends 3 weeks on skins with twice-a-day pumpovers with 20 months 40% new French Alain Fouquet oak barrels. Still Waters is SIP certified and uses a whole-farm approach.

ends with silky smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Only 270 cases were made.
A great wine to pair with almost all red meat!It would compliment a juicy Wagyu Beef Burger or mouthwatering smoked ribs smothered in a sweet barbeque sauce.
